Approach
Built with Next.js for speed and a smooth listening UI, and Sanity for flexible content modeling (titles, chapters, narrators, rights). The production flow: Ingest & Clean text → AI TTS Rendering with SSML for tone, pacing, and pronunciations → Optional QA pass for tricky terms → Chapter Packaging & Metadata → CDN Delivery to the web player and downloads. This AI-first pipeline keeps turnaround fast and costs low, while maintaining consistent quality and giving room for human oversight where it matters.
