Case studies

What changed, and how

These are SEO and digital marketing engagements — what the site looked like when we started, what we actually changed, and what moved as a result. Every number here comes from Search Console or the client's own reporting.

If you're looking for the full gallery of things we've built, that lives in the portfolio. Our own products are on the products pages.

How these engagements run

The same four steps, whether it's a one-off project or an ongoing retainer.

01

Audit before anything else

We start by finding what's actually blocking the site — thin pages, missing structured data, broken canonicals, no local signals. The audit decides the work; we don't arrive with a fixed package.
02

Fix the technical foundation

Metadata, schema, canonical URLs, sitemaps and redirects come first. Content published on a broken foundation doesn't rank, so this is never skipped.
03

Then build the content

Pages written for how people actually search locally — real places, real terms, real questions — rather than keyword-stuffed filler.
04

Report against Search Console

Progress is measured against Google's own data, not a vanity dashboard. That's also where the numbers in these case studies come from.

The work

Each one has its own write-up — the starting position, what we changed, and the numbers.
