The challenge
Vivara Realty had a beautiful site but zero organic presence. All 25 neighbourhood sub-pages were thin, duplicate-content pages with no structured data, no canonical URLs, and generic meta tags.
Our approach
We rebuilt the entire Next.js App Router SEO infrastructure — metadata, JSON-LD schemas, canonical URLs, dynamic sitemaps, and 301 redirects. Then rewrote all 25 neighbourhood pages with rich local content, real landmarks, price bands, and FAQ schemas targeting Nairobi-specific buyer searches.
